Hi Pete.

I updated the list of power systems of JMSDF submarines on my blog.[1]
The main changes are as follows.
・The first 3 vessels of Taigei-class (29SS,30SS,31/01SS) will NOT be equipped with 12V25/31S diesel, and should be equipped with 12V25/25SB or its variant.
・The first 12V25/31S diesel will be installed in the 4th vessel of Taigei-class (02SS).
・Maximum propulsion power of Taigei-class is 6000PS (4410-4490kW).

From your http://blog.livedoor.jp/wispywood2344/others/Power_Systems_Of_Successive_JMSDF_Submarines.png

I have used the figures for Surfaced

2 x 12V25/12SB = total 4,240kW

and

2 x 12V25/31S = total 5,520kW
