The technology to build submarine covered by microchip is quite difficult.
Manufacturing system of such microchip on whole submarine does not exist. Idea is important, but idea without measures to realize is an impossible dream.

Regards
S
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19245896.post-5023584871170236542016-10-02T08:39:57.576+11:002016-10-02T08:39:57.576+11:00Expanding on the ideas introduced by Josh, some re...Expanding on the ideas introduced by Josh, some referenced material is here. many of the explanations are very technical.
THE EMERGENCE OF LOW–FREQUENCY ACTIVE ACOUSTICS AS A CRITICAL ANTISUBMARINE WARFARE TECHNOLOGY

http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ship/systems/tyler.pdfZtev Konradhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06553128132098513643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19245896.post-88740650987732503292016-10-01T11:18:05.940+10:002016-10-01T11:18:05.940+10:00@Pete

It seems suspect to me, given the kind of complete bullshit that comes out of Russia's press. It seems to me it would have to be frequency limited and exceedingly hard to maintain in good order, being mounted outside the hull all over. Most countries have issues just with passive anechoic tiles (RAN notably seems to do much better with theirs).

Cheer,
JoshJoshnoreply@blogger.com
